CyberWeb Services Find training

For IT providers

Training for the clients you already serve.

Add live cybersecurity training to what you sell without building a training department. We provide the curriculum, the trainer, the delivery and the record. You keep the client.

Your clients need this. You don't want to build a training department.

Your clients almost certainly already pay for awareness training. It's a line on an invoice nobody looks at, and you still get the wire-fraud cleanup and the eleven o'clock password reset. Writing curriculum, finding somebody who can hold a room, and chasing the attendance record afterwards is a business you didn't set out to run.

So bring us in as the trainer and stay the one they trust. When something has already gone wrong at a client, it reaches you sooner, while someone can still contain it.

How it works

Four steps, and you are in all of them.

  1. 01

    You bring the client

Your account, your relationship, your invoice. We meet them as the trainer you brought.

  2. 02

    You request the training

Where they are, roughly how many people, and when suits. If we have nobody near them yet, ask anyway, because that is how we decide where the next trainer goes.

  3. 03

    An authorized trainer delivers it

In the room, with their staff and volunteers. Not a webinar, not a video. The material changes to fit the room, and you can't read a room you aren't in. In the room, people ask what they'd never ask a video.

  4. 04

    You get the record

Who was trained, on what, and when, measured against the client's own roster. You hand it over, or we do, whichever suits the account.

What we bring, and what stays yours.

The split is the whole arrangement. We are the training capability you can hand to a client. Not a second IT company in your account.

  • The plan Nobody reliably spots a good fake, so we don't ask your client's staff to. We give them a plan instead: six kinds of request that trigger it, then three steps. Stop, call, wait. The plan in full.
  • The trainer An authorized CyberWeb trainer, in person.
  • The record Everyone on your client's roster shows as covered, due soon, overdue, or no recorded training. It comes as a PDF and a spreadsheet. It's a record of training delivered, not a statement that anyone meets a standard. What the standards actually ask for.
  • The account Yours. We train the people and hand the rest back to you.
  • The relationship We're not looking to compete with you for your clients' IT business. We stopped selling the service tiers that would have put us in that position. And it goes both ways: when we meet an organization that needs an IT provider, we point them to IT partners like you.

Start with one client.

The first one is the test

Pick the client where one wrong payment would hurt the most. Put one session in their building and make the introduction yourself. Nothing gets scored, so the thing to watch for is somebody stopping to call the next time money is about to move.

Partnership terms by conversation. Tell us the client, the rough headcount and the part of the state, and we'll tell you what we can do and when.

Questions we get

The ones worth answering before you call.

  • Will you sell around me? No. We don't pitch protection to your clients. Where you are the provider, we train the people and hand everything else back. If one of your clients comes to us wanting to move its IT, we take that case by case.
  • Does this replace the platform we resell? It replaces the training. It doesn't replace phishing simulations, because we don't run those yet. If a client's insurer asks for click rates from simulated phishing, tell us well before the renewal.
  • What if my client is nowhere near you? Ask anyway. We'd rather know where the demand is than pretend we already cover it, because requests we can't serve yet are how we pick where to recruit.
  • Can I put my own brand on it? Not yet. We come in as the trainer you brought, which is a different thing from a white label, and we'd rather say so than promise something we haven't built.
  • Who actually turns up? An authorized CyberWeb trainer. Every trainer we authorize now sits in on a full session, teaches the material back, and is observed on a first delivery before teaching alone. We call that authorization, not certification, because there is no exam behind it, and the model they teach is the same one every time.

Tell us about the client.

Thirty minutes, no slides. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you what we'd do first, including when the answer is nothing.
